Terms of use

These terms of use (“Terms”), along with the agreement in place between you and ChannelAdvisor, govern your use of the Access ChannelAdvisor Technical Specification (“the Specification”). The Specification is modifiable by ChannelAdvisor from time to time and you agree to be bound by these Terms and all future updates to the Specification and/or these Terms. You agree to comply with the requirements of the Specification, including rate and availability limits, turnaround and processing times, formatting parameters. You agree to promptly and completely correct any disparity between the product and transaction information received from or transmitted to ChannelAdvisor and the information displayed to users of your marketplace. Each party agrees that it will provide support to end users for issues arising from its respective platform, and will refer end users to the other party for issues that arise from the other party’s platform. You agree to issue confirmation to ChannelAdvisor of your receipt of commands from the ChannelAdvisor system. You agree to provide updates to buyers within 24 hours. You agree to make available a technical resource who will address ChannelAdvisor questions, and an escalation path ChannelAdvisor may follow in the event of issues arising with your platform. You agree to promptly and completely correct any disparity between the product and transaction information you transmit to ChannelAdvisor and the information displayed to users of your marketplace. Each party agrees that it will provide support to end users for issues arising from its respective platform, and will refer end users to the other party for issues that arise from the other party’s platform.
